posted 04/26/2018

"Intro to Lacrosse"

- For K-8th graders new to lacrosse -

Lacrosse is the fastest-growing sport in America because it's such a blast to play, and our "Intro to Lacrosse" program is a great way to experience what all the fun and excitement is about.

You'll learn the essential skills of lacrosse – cradling, passing, catching, shooting, groundballs, and dodging – along with the key concepts of offense and defense, all in a fun and encouraging environment. We use a no-contact form of lacrosse (using tennis balls), so no protective gear is necessary (mouth guards are suggested).
